RETURN POLICY

We at "BachFlowers.com" do our best to ship you the best Feel Bach! flower remedies products that meet the highest industry standards. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you may return it for a full, no-hassles refund.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Applies to unopened items purchased directly from us within 60 days of shipment, for a full refund.
We’ll also remit a full refund for up to three opened items, or five opened items if you purchased the full kit of 38 Feel Bach! flower essences.
* We do not accept any returns after 60 days post-shipment.
* We do not charge restocking fees.
* Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, just email us support@bachflowers.com to submit your request to our Sales Manager. Please write in the Subject field: “RMA Request[your order#]”, and tell us why you wish to return a product/s. We will reply to you with instructions on how to send us back the merchandise, and we will provide you with an RMA#.

* You must obtain an RMA# before shipping us back any item/s.
* We process all returns and send a check by mail within five (5) business days of receiving the returned package.
